I have a new talent!

I can't say how many times I've heard that every pregnancy is different. Well - everyone who has told me that is absolutely and completely right. I can vouch for them with my own first hand account. From the beginning this pregnancy has been different. Now in my third trimester (as I type this I'm 29 weeks) I am really starting to feel uncomfortable. Plus, I have this really weird thing going on. It's a bit embarrassing, but I'm going to put it out there for the world to see, because I know I'm not alone in this, and well if my crazy symptoms can help another expectant mother than woo hooooo!!!

I'm Vibrating. Yes, you read correctly. I am vibrating. This past Sunday, I was sitting on my couch vegetating and I started to feel this weird vibrating sensation in my pelvic area. So I asked my husband if he felt it too. He paused, and said "What?" At which point I told him that the house was vibrating; he paused again, this time it was one of those long sorta pauses where he was half trying to determine if I was actually feeling something or just loosing my mind. When he finally responded he told me that the house wasn't vibrating. Knowing that I was feeling the "house" vibrate, I stood up and quickly realized that I was the one who was vibrating. Yes. I not only can grow babies, but as a result I can also vibrate. This weird and in NO WAY sexual sensation continued all of Sunday, and into Monday, when a worried husband called me to see how I was feeling. Upon my telling him that I was still humming (my new found way of describing the sensation so that other non-vibrators could understand) and that I was now having some trouble walking. He got worried and told me to call my doctor, I did, and soon learned that my little baby has made himself so comfortable inside of me that he's sat upon a nerve. As I type this whilst I vibrate, I truly hope he's comfortable and happy. For now, I've resigned myself to this new symptom and will live with this annoyance - 'cause boy it is an annoying sensation - espescially when it keeps me up at night! And yet... how many people can say that they can vibrate? I know they're out there - I just haven't met any of them yet!
